Description The Possession Protocols comprise a procedure for Aurizon Network that governs its communications and engagements with Operators about the planning of Possessions on the CQCN. The Possession Protocols apply on a consistent basis to all of the CQCN and all Operators. Aurizon Network’s process of communication and engagement with Operators about Possessions is closely related to its train path planning processes as set out in the Network Management Principles and the System Rules. Accordingly, the Possession Protocols should be read in conjunction with the Network Management Principles and the System Rules. The Possession Protocols are consistent with UT5. This document is effective from the date given in this document until further notice, and it: (a) is subject to change; and (b) typically includes work associated with Maintenance Work and any other activity both internally and externally that may impact the network. Aurizon Network invites any queries, feedback or comments regarding this document to be directed to access.services@aurizon.com.au . 2.
