5. EXAMINATION OF OTHER RAIL TRAFFIC

Rail Traffic Crew must check other Rail Traffic as effectively as the circumstances
allow, for:
 loading irregularities;
 Rail Traffic defects;
 dragging equipment;
 the presence and operation of an End-Of-Train Marker; and
 any other irregularities
