7.2. FIXED SIGNALS

Fixed Signals within the limits of the LPA must, where possible, be placed to Proceed
for Rail Traffic movement.
Where Fixed Signals cannot be placed to Proceed for Rail Traffic movement, they must
be passed under the direction of the Pilot or PPO.
