3.1. DISABLED RAIL TRAFFIC

The Rail Traffic Crew of Disabled Rail Traffic must:
 ensure their own safety;
 tell the Train Controller:
o there is a failure;
o the Location of the Disabled Rail Traffic; and
o the nature of the failure, when this has been determined.
The Train Controller must, where necessary:
 issue a Restraint Authority to the Rail Traffic Crew of:
o the Disabled Rail Traffic;
o approaching Rail Traffic; and
o apply Blocking Facilities
