SRG Global have recently completed the installation, stressing and grouting of multistrand  posttensioning to METRONET‘s Whiteman Park Viaduct for  client Laing O’Rourke.

The two 10-span bridges utilised BBR Network‘s BBR VT CONA CMI BT internally bonded PT system with the 124 tendons incorporating 19, 22 and 24 No. 15.7mm strands.

In addition to our PT scope which required the use of custom-designed and built curved noses, SRG Global also undertook grouting of the precast wet joints using SikaGrout 3350 as well as bridge jacking works.

A huge effort by the SRG Global and Laing O’Rourke team to get this completed!
