For many railway employees, the Easter weekend represents an intense period of critical work. Over the past holiday weekend, the team successfully completed the “New Switch Connection Tomteboda” project by installing and commissioning two new switches between tracks D1 and U1 in Tomteboda (Karlberg).
Project Execution

Round-the-clock work commenced Thursday evening and continued through the weekend
-
Infrakraft’s portion of the work was completed late Sunday evening
-
Signaling system activation followed immediately after
-
Tracks returned to traffic control as planned by 06:00 Monday morning
Achievement Highlights

✔ Seamless coordination between construction and signaling teams
✔ On-time completion despite holiday working conditions
