Happening this Thursday in Melbourne!
The Young Rail Leaders Council (YRLC), a network dedicated to supporting and connecting early-career rail professionals, is hosting an open informal networking event: ‘Burgers. In a train. On a roof.’
Recognising how valuable strong professional networks are in the early stages of a rail career, the YRLC has created a space where connecting feels easy and genuine.
Rail professionals and their friends are invited to join an unconventional networking evening over burgers and drinks at one of Melbourne’s most iconic venues — a repurposed train carriage sitting five stories above the city.
Whether working in rail or a related industry, this is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed, memorable setting.
🎟️ Tickets are $75 and include appetisers, burgers and drinks.
⚠️ Last few tickets remaining — don’t miss out!

The event is supported by the Australasian Railway Association (ARA), the peak body representing the rail industry across Australia and New Zealand.
