In the Electrified Area, Track Vehicles must be Stabled in accordance with Rule 2017
Working Around Electrical Infrastructure.
Track Vehicles must be:
Clear of Running Lines;
Secured against unintended movement; or
if Stabled in a Siding, be inside Derail Devices.
Track Vehicles must be Secured against Unauthorised operation and unintended
movement at all times.
