The VolkerRail Ltd Tonbridge Track Team as part of the Southern Renewals Enterprise completed the Track Renewal of 360/361/363A/B Pts. Works completed safely & ontime.
Electrification works completed:
☑️ 410m of New Conductor Rail
☑️ 140m of Serviceable 150lb/yd Conductor Rail Re-used
☑️ Over 950m of New Positive & Negative cable installed with 114 New cable lugs terminated utilising 18 Cable Management Sleepers
☑️ Modifications of 4 Existing Track Disconnectors which included a new 15m trough route & walkway
☑️ 12 New Conductor Rail Welds
☑️ Protection of a 20c Pilot Cable (CP to Norwood) adjacent to the excavation
☑️ Site Successfully Section Proved with Brighton ECR Monday 00:39 prior to possession handback
☑️ 1 New Points Heating Control Cubicle (Located on Platform 2)
☑️ 4 New Points Heating Transformers
☑️ 11 New TCB’s
