Communications must begin with identification of the receiver, followed by identification
of the sender.
Rail Traffic Crew communications must include the sender’s Rail Traffic Identification
Number.
Communications from a worksite must include the sender’s:
name;
Safeworking designation; and
Location (include Structure Numbers where appropriate).
