The General Manager of the Network & Infrastructure Division will only permit the use
of Lookout Working at Night when the Worksite Location has been compared against
Exclusion Zone locations identified in the N&I 8800-400-001 Public Transport
Authority Rail Access Manual.
Work in the Exclusion Zones will not be permitted to be carried out under Lookout
Working; other Protection methods in these rules will be used.
