Swietelsky Rail Australia (SRA) successfully completed a major closedown in the Hunter Valley earlier this month.
Key Achievements
- SRA’s 08-275 Unimat consist was deployed near Bengalla, NSW.
- The team completed the following tasks across three shifts:
- ✓ Over 2.5km of plain track tamping
- ✓ Reinstated 10 ballast undercutting sites
- ✓ Resurfaced 3 turnouts
- The completed work enabled ARTC to improve network performance.
