Huge milestone on the BTH project as they complete phase 1 of the P-Way works, connecting the Dublin Lines into the new Belfast Grand Central Station platforms and renewing the Blythefield lines. Phase 1 of the summer blockade has seen the install of 4x crossover units, 2x turnouts, approx. 1000m of plain line track including pre-curved timber panels & the accompanying drainage.
One more push as they move into phase 2 of the works, with the renewal/remodelling of city junction and the central lines.
