The Stockinbingal to Parkes section of Inland Rail is now six months ahead of schedule, thanks to Martinus’ strategic foresight as the head contractor and our close partnership with Inland Rail. By implementing our T-Minus process, we identified opportunities to fast-track milestones through extended rail possessions.

As part of our upcoming works in September we’ll be taking possession of sections of track for 100 hours. This ‘super possession’ enables us to accelerate the completion of critical work and minimising disruption to local communities.

Martinus’s Project Delivery Manager, Mitch Corrigan notes, “Securing extra possession time is a game-changer. We are aiming to have significant completion of scope by early 2025.”

It’s a testament to our agility and close cooperation with all stakeholders that is at the core of the Martinus Way of working.
