Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group Supporting U-Bahn Expansion
The Martinsried underground station, currently under construction in Planegg, Germany, will serve as the new southern terminus of Munich’s U6 line.
The Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group has been commissioned to deliver comprehensive electrical equipment installation as part of the station development.
Scope of Work
The contract includes a wide range of technical systems, to be delivered by Rhomberg Sersa’s Equipment and Urban Transport teams working in close collaboration.
Key responsibilities:

Low-voltage switchgear for station power supply

Stationary backup power systems with UPS for emergency power

Outdoor cable route including:
