March Super Possession Success for ARTC
It was a huge weekend for the Rail Ops NSW team, who successfully delivered major works across the Main South lines for ARTC during the March Super Possession.
Key Achievements
Spanning three active work sites from Goondah to Frampton, the team completed:

✅ 9.5 km of new rail installed

✅ 19 rail defects removed, with 12 closures

✅ 134 aluminothermic welds completed — zero defects

✅ All scrap rail cut and stacked on site in 9m lengths
-
Included 47 leftover legs from previous rerail scopes

Ahead of Schedule, Zero Incidents
